Before the invasion announced that NATO would not interfere if Putin invaded.
A week before the invasion removed all American troops from Ukraine effectively giving the go-ahead.
Even now we have this worthless photo-op when he could just stay in the White House and watch people being bombed.
Time to stand up to Russia.
