It is sadly true that in some cases an innocent person is ruled Guilty by a jury.

This is not the case with Russell Bucklew. He shot and killed the presumed boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend. He shot at the presumed boyfriend’s 6 year-old son. He kidnapped and raped the ex-girlfriend. He got into a gunfight with state troopers and wounded a trooper.
A better question is: Why are vicious animals allowed so many more years of life at taxpayer’s expense?

Indeed there are many vile people, for example those carrying out armed home invasions, rape of small children, who simply are irredeemably wicked and need to be cut out and put down like the cockroaches they are. Instead the taxpayer spends some $100,000 a year keeping them in relative comfort in prison.
